COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
Plaintiff is Kathleen Geith, an adult
individual

currently residing at 1061 Wooden Drive, Florissant, st. Louis
county, Missouri.
Ms. Geith has lived at this
residence for
approximately six months.
2.
Defendant is Saleh Abbel Jaleeh Geith, an
adult
individual currently residing at 135 North Hanover Street,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Geith has lived
at this residence for approximately two months.
3. Defendant is a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania
and has been so for at leaat six months
immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on October 18,
1994, in Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland county, pennsylvania.
5. Thsre have been no prior actions for divorce or
annulment between the parties.
6. The Defendant is not a member of the Armed Forces of the
United states of America or its Allies.
7. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
counseling and the right to request that the court require the
parties to participate in counseling. Knowing this, ?laintiff
does not desire that the Court require the parties to participate
in counseling.
