contractor, tor all subcontractors ot Contractor, and tor all
parties acting tor, through or under Contractor or any
subcontractor, covenants and agrees that no mechanics' lien or
claim shall be tiled or maintained by Contractor or any such
subcontractor or party, against any part ot the property or any
building or improvements thereon, tor or on account ot any labor or
materials turnished or any work done under the Contract, or in or
about the e~~ction, construction, installation or completion ot the
work; and Contractor, tor Contractor, tor any and all
subcontractors and tor any and all parties acting tor, through or
under Contractor or any subcontractor, hereby waives and
relinquishes the right to have, file or maintain any mechanics'
lien or claim against any part of the Prop6rty or any building or
improvements thereon.
Contractor hereby warrants and represents that at the time of
the execution hereof, no work of any kind has been done and no
labor or materials have been furnished by Contractor, or by any
subcontractor of Contractor, or by any person acting for, through
or under Contractor or any subcontractor in the perfor.mance of the
contract, in or about the completion of the construction of the
Work.
This stipulation Against Mechanics' Liens is made by
Contractor and intended to be filed in accordance with the
requirements of the (Pennsylvania) Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963, as
amended and supplemented, with the prothonotary of the Court of
Common Pleas of the County in which the Property is located.

ALL THAT CIRTAIM tract or parcel at real estate situate in silver
springs Township, Cumberland County, pennsylvania mora particularly
bounded and described as tollows:
BIGIMMIMG at a point on tha western legal right ot way line of
Canterbury Court at the corner ot Lot No. 9 on the hereinAtter
described subdivision plan; thence along said legal right ot way
line on a curve to the right having an arc length of sixty-two and
eight hundredths (62.08) teet and a cord bearing South torty-tive
(45) degrees twenty-tive (25) minutes tifty-six and eight tenths,
(56.8) seconds East a distance ot titty-eight and seventeen
hundredths (58.17) teet to a point at the corner ot Lot No. 11 on
the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence along said line

hundredths (204.20) feet to a point; thence North fifty-five (55)

plan; thence along southern line of said Lot No. 9 North thirty-
five (35) degrees forty-five (45) minutes zero (00) seconds East a
distance of one hundred ninety-three and twenty-two hundredths
(193.22) feet to a point on the western legal right of way line of
Canterbury Court, the point and place of BBGINNING.
CONTAINING 18,894.31 square feet.
