Plaintiff, Franklin Acceptance Corporation, is a Maryland corporation, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with office located at 112 Chesley Drive, suite 204, Media, Pennsylvania 19063. 2. Defendant(s) Donald Lee McGlone, II a/k/a Don L. McGlone is/are individual(s) residing at the addressees) contained in the caption of the case. 3. On or about April 28, 1993, Defendant(s) (buyer) entered into a written Automobile Retail Installment Contract (hereinafter called the Contract) to purchase a "Vehicle" from a dealer (seller) as fully described in said Contract, said purchase to be made according to the terms, prices and conditions contained within the aforesaid Contract, a true and correct copy of said Contract being attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit "A". 4. "Seller" subsequently assigned the aforesaid Contract to Plaintiff, Franklin Acceptance Corp~ration, 5. Subsequently, Defendant(s) did default upon the aforesaid Contract by failing to make timely installment payment to Plaintiff and in accordance therewith the entire remaining balance became due and payable immediately. 6. The aforesaid Contract further provides that in the event of default, Buyer shall return said vehicle to Plaintiff, or Plaintiff may repossess said vehicle and sell same at public or private sale. 7.
