BEGINNING at an iron pin in the centerline of Brentwater
Road (50 foot right of way) along lands now or formerly of Robert A~
Brumbaugh; thence crossing said road and along lands now or form~rly
of Robert A'. Brumbaugh South 74 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a
distance of l12~23 feet to a hub found at the corner of lands now or
formerly of George R'. Moad; thence continuing along lands now or formerly
of George R'. Moad North 29 degrees 55 minutes 15 seconds West a distance
of 180~69 feet to an iron pin at the corner of Lot No~ 2A on the herein-
above mentioned Subdivision Plan; thence continuing along Lot No~ 2A
North 66 degrees 50
HAVING erected thereon a dwelling house known and

Virginia 5'. Moad, by their deed dated 24 day of June, 1994 and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds immediately prior hereto granted
