the foregoing complaint and joinder for custody in the above-captioned maller, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
I. The mother shall have permanent physical and legal custody of the parties,
minor child, Krystin Reiff, subject to partial custody for visitatioll for the father, as the parties
shall agree from time to time, The parties do specifically intend to identitY a visitation schedule,
but shall agree upon reasonable liberal access to the child,
2. The mother shall confer with father 011 all matters of importance relating to the
minor child's health and maintenance and education with a view toward obtaining and following a
harmonious policy in the child's best interest and shall keep father informed of the progress of the
child's education and social adjustments,
