Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and having thereon erected a dwelling house for:
Rafuse collection for the pariod from January 1993 through to June 30, 1996, both dates
beino Inclusive, for a total amount of $964.90.
Said services were provided by the Borough of Wormleysburg, end the charges levied therefore in
strict accordance with Ordinance No. 401, as emended, which said Ordinance was duly enacted and
ordained by said Borough on December 21, 1990.
