LP day of June, 1996, comes Plaintiff,
Anjanett~ Slenker, by and through her attorney, Linda S. HOllinger,
and avers as follows:
1. Plaintiff is Anjanette Slenker, an adult individual
residing at 1042 West Market street, 2nd Floor, York, Pennsylvania,
17404.
2. Defendant is Purcell U. Lane, an adult individual
residing at 207 Mulberry street, Washington Square Apartments 137,
Harrisburg, PA, 17102.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant entered into an agreemEmt for the
sale of a 1984 Oldsmobile, a true and correct copy of which is
attached and marked as Exhibit A, on April 17, 1995, in Camp Hill
Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
COUNT I - BREACH OF CONTRACT
4, Paragraphs 1 through 3 are incorporated herein by
reference.
5. On or about April 17, 1995, Defendant promised to pay
Plaintiff the sum of $1,200.00, for the purchase of a 1984
Oldsmobile, VIN I1G3AR47AOEM483294, The sum was to be paid in

monthly installments beginning with May 15, 1995, in the amount of
$150.00 uutil the full $1,200.00 was received.
6. Plaintiff gave Defendant title to the 1984 Oldsmobile on
or about April 17, 1995.
7. On or about May 15, 1995, Defendant paid Plaintiff
$150.00.
8. Subsequent to May 15, 1995, Defendant has not made any
future installment payments.
9. Defendant owes Plaintiff $1,050.00 pursuant to the
agreement (Exhibit A).
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment in her favor in the
amount of $1,050.00, plus interest, costs of the suit, and any
other relief deemed appropriate by this Honorable Court. Pursuant
to Local Rules, this action is appropriate for disposition by a
Board of Arbitrators.
