STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AORIBMENT made the 10-1 h
between TAYLOR HOME REMODELING, INC.
REMODELING,
of June, 1996, by and
T/D/B/A TAYLOR HOMES &
AND
JAMES L.D. MONROE and DIANE F. MONROE, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate in
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described in attached Exhibit "A", and also being
known as Lot 38, 1220 Kings Circle, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEHENT WITNESSETH I That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Taylor Home Remodeling, Inc. t/d/b/a Taylor Homes & Remodeling
in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic'S liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CBRTJ\.IN tract of land situated in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 38, as shown on
Kingswood, Final Subdivision Plan of Phase VA, dated February
9, 1993, by Penn Terra Engineering, Inc., State College,
Pennsylvania, and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 65,
Page 144, being bounded and described as follows I
BEGINNING at an iron pin lying in an easterly right-Of-way
of Kings Circle (50 foot right-of-way) and being a southerly corner
of Lot No. 391 thence along Lot No. 39, North 85 degrees 52 minutes
40 seconds East, 123.70 feet to an iron pin, being an easterly
corner of Lot No. 39 and lying in a westerly line of Future Phase
VBI thence along said lands, South 15 degrees 54 minutes 17 seconds
East, 102.15 feet to an iron pin, lying in said line and being
a northerly corner of Lot No. 371 thence along Lot No. 37, South
85 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West, 144.56 feet to an iron
pin, being a westerly corner of Lot No. 37 and lying in an easterly

lying in a northerly line of Lot No. 371 thence traversing through
Lot No. 38, North 04 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds West, 100.00
feet to a concrete monument, lying in a northerly line of Lot
No. 38 and lying in a southerly line of Lot No. 391 thence along
Lot No. 39, North 85 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds East, 33.70
feet to an iron pin, being the place of BEGINNING.
