2. Denied. It is denied that thc Kreiders have an amount of$27,871.12 due and
unpaid to Loysville. The Kreiders have partially satisfied this amount as is explained more fully
in che "New Matter" which follows. The Kreiders further deny Chat any incerest is owing on the
amount of$27,871.12.
3. Admitted. Service was accepted by the attorneys for the Kreiders on July I, 1996.
NEW MA'ITER - PARTIAL SATISFACTION
4. The Kreiders have partially satisfied the judgment which Loysville now attempts
to revi ve.
5. According to the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, Loysville agreed that
for every twelve (12) monthly payments made by the Kreiders, the bank would forgive one-
twelfth of the accrued incerest owed to Loysville by the Kreiders on the note dated January 29,
1987 upon which this judgment is entered. See paragraph 2(b) of Exhibit A.
6. As of December 31t 1995, the Kreiders have perfonned completely Cheir
obligations under the Agreement attached as Exhibit A by making timely monthly payments
since the date of the Agreement, December 14, 1990. Therefore, five-twelfths of this judgment
($9,319.04) has been forgiven by Loysville and satisfied by the Kreiders.

By way of further answer, this averment is denied in that the
Agreement ia a written document which speaks for itself.
6. Admitted in part, denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendants have made certain monthly payments pursuant to the
Agreement. It is denied that the Defendants have performed
completely under the Agreement by making such payments. It is
further denied that any part of the judgment has been forgiven by
Plaintiff or that any part of the judgment has been satisfied. To
the contrary, the payments made by the Defendants on their
obligations to Plaintiff have been credited toward the total
outstanding amount due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff.
7. Admitted in part, denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendants have made payments this year pursuant to the
Agreement. It is denied that, as of December 31, 1996, one half of
the judgment will be forgiven or satisfied in that the conditions
necessary for forgiveness or satisfaction of the judgment have not
yet occurred, that is, payment by the Defendants of all amounts due
and owing to Plaintiff. By way of further answer, this averment is
denied in that the Agreement is a written document which speaks for
itself.
