2. Denied. It is denied that the Kreiders have an amounC of$68,867.20 due and
unpaid to Loysville. The Kreiders have partially satisfied this amount as is explained more fully
in the New Matter which follows. The Kreiders further deny that any interest is due and owing
on the amount of $68,867.20.
3. Admitted. Service was accepted by the attomeys for the Kreiders on July It 1996.
NEW MATTER - PARTIAL SATISFACTION
4. The Kreiders have partially satisfied the judgment which Loysville now attempts
to revive.
5. According to the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, Loysville agreed that
for every twelve (12) monthly payments made by the Kreiderst the bank would forgive one-
twc1fth of the accrued intercst owed to Loysville by the Kreiders on the note dated January 29,
1987 upon which this judgment is entered. See paragraph 2(b) of Exhibit A.
6. As of December 31t 1995, the Kreiders have perfonned completely cheir
obligations under the Agreement attached as Exhibit A by making timely monthly payments
since the date of the Agreement, December 14t 1990. Thereforet five-twelfths of this judgment
($28, 694.67) has been forgiven by Loysville and satisfied by the Kreiders.

7. The Kreiders have made timely payments through the first seven months of this
year (1996) and as of December 31t 1996, one-halfofthisjudgment will be forgiven, or satisfiedt
under the terms ofparagrnph 2(b) of Exhibit A.
WHEREFORE dcfendants request that the Writ of Revival be dismissed and stricken
from the judgment index.
In the alternative, to Che extent a revived judgment existst the revived judgment should
indicate the partial satisfaction of the judgment and the revived judgment should be entered in
the amount of only $40,172.53.

By way of further answer, this averment is denied in that the
Agreement is a written document which speaks for itself.
6. Admitted in part/ denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendants have made certain monthly payments purduant to the
Agreement. It ia denied that Defendants have performed completely
under the Agreement by making such payments. It is denied that any
part of the judgment has been forgiven by Plaintiff or that any
part of the jUdgment has been satisfied. To the contrary, the
payments made by the Defendants on their obligations tc Plaintiff
have been credited toward the total outstanding amount due and
owing by Defendants to Plaintiff.
7. Admitted in part, denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendants have made payments this year pursuant to the
Agreement. It is denied that, as of December 31, 1996, ona half of
this jUdgment will be forgivsn or satisfied in that the conditions
necessary for forgiveness or satisfaction of the judgment have not
