Whereas, STEVEN P. ROBINSON and CHRISTINE A. ROBINSON of 851
OLD SILVER SPRING ROAD, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17055, are about to
exe~ute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with FITZPATRICK
& KULICK of 24 E, Coover Street, Mechaniceburg, Pennsylvania, for
the rehabilitation work to building upon a lot of land described
as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Townahip of Monroe,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being
known ae Lot No. 1 of a Plan of Lote of Edward L, Wertz, recorded
in Subdivision Plan Book 22, page 149, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a epike in the center of Criswell Drive, a corner of
Lot No, 2, said spike being located a distance of 406,76 feet
northeast of a point in the center line of the intersection of
Leidigh Drive and Criowell Drive; THENCE extending along Lot No.
2, North 77 degrees 02 minutce 40 seconds West 323.38 feet to an
iron pin; THENCE extending along land now or late of Jim
Brymessor, North 20 degrees 09 minutes 54 seconds Eaat 629,80
feet to an iron pipe; THENCE extending along land now or late of
Andrew and Anna Mae Landie, South 85 degrees 45 minutes 25
seconds East 211,32 feet to a nail in the center of said Criswell
Drive, THENCE extending along the center of eaid Criswell Drive,
South 01 degreee 43 minutes 05 seconds Weet, 655.02 feet to a
spike the Place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a dwelling home known and numbered as 512
Criswell Drive, Boiling Springs, Penneylvania.
Now, June 11, 1996 at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by the said STEVEN P. ROBINSON and CHRISTINE A,
ROBINSON of 851 OLD SILVER SPRING ROAD, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17055
to the said FITZPATRICK & KULICK to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the eame in consideration of
the making of the said contract with STEVEN p, ROBINSON and
CHRISTINE A. ROBINSON of 851 OLD SILVER SPRING ROAD,
MECHANICSBURG, PA 17055 and further the coneideration of One

Dollar to them paid by STEVEN P. ROBINSON and CHRISTIN~ A.
ROBINSON of 851 OLD SILVER SPRING ROAD, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17055,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by
the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said building, commonly called a Mechanic'a Lien, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
