3. On Junl! 14, 11)1)4, thl! plaintiff was tlw oWlwr of a 1l)l)2 Honda
Motorcycll!..
4. During thl! evening of Junl! 15, 11)1)4, someone entered a trailer
located on the property of the plaintiff ,md removed several items, including
the said 11)92 Honda Motorcycle.
5. Subsequently, the defendant was found to be in possession of the
said motorcycle and was then charged with receiving stolen property, to
which he entered a plea of guilty.
6. The defendant was ordered to pay restitution to the plaintiff, which
included the cost of a $500 deductible under the plaintiff's insurance policy.
7. As a result of the intentional act of the defendant the plaintiff
sustained $2,643 in damages, which represents the value of the said
motorcycle at the time it was stolen, and is more fully set forth in the attached
Exhibit A. From this figure, we deduct a salvage value of $1,391 as well as the
$500 deductible already paid by the defendant, leaving a balance owed to
plaintiff of $743.00.
8. Attached hereto arc copies of the bills/ estimates in this matter,
which are provided pursuant to Pa.R.c.P. 1305 (b) (3).
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff claims of the defendant a sum of $743.00.
an amount requiring compulsory referral to arbitration under the local rules
of court.

COMPLAINT
1. The plilinliff,The Country Gentlemen, Inc., is a business with a place
of business located at 6653 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
PA.17055
2. The defendant, Piltrick L. Jenkins, is an individual residing 432
Lincoln St., Steelton, Dauphin County, PA 17113.
3. On June 14, 1994, the plaintiff was the owner of a 1992 Ilonda
Motorcycle..
4. During the evening of June 15, 1994, someone entered a lrailer
located on the property of the plaintiff and removed several items, including
the said 1992 Ifonda t-.lotorcycle.

said motorcycle allllwas Ihen charged with receiving stolen property, 10
which he entered a plea of guilty.
6. The dl'fend.\I1t lI'ilS ordered to pay restitution tolhe plaintiff, which
included the cost of a $500 deductible under Ihe plaintiff's insurance (lolicy.
7. As a result of the intentional act of the defendanlthe plaintiff
sustained $2,643 in damages, which represents the value of the said
motorcycle at the time it was stolen, and is more fully set forth in the attached
Exhibit A. From Ihis figure, IVe deduct a salvage v,llue of $1,391 as well as the
$500 deductible already paid by the defendant, leilving a balilnce owed to
plilintiff of $743.00.
