STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
TIJIS AGREEKEN'l' made the Iv tJ, day 0: rL~1 ,1996, by
and between THOMAS A. STAGO t/d/b/a TOM STAGO CUSTOM BUILDING AND
REMODELING, ot 932 Wertzville Road, Enola, Pennsylvania. herein-
atter reterred to as contractor, AND MICHAEL C. WALTERS and BETH
ELLEN WALTERS, of 411 East Green street, Shiremanstown,
pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
tormer undertook and agreed to erect and construct an addition
and attached garage on an existing dwelling known as 411 East
Green Street on those certain lots of ground situate in the
Borough ot Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, with
tax parcel numbers of 37-23-0555-318 and 37-23-0555-318A, as more
specifically described in Deed Book "C", Volume 31, Page 461, and
Deed Book "V", Volume 31, Page 115.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I That the said
Contractur, for and in consideration ot the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be tiled or maintained
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot at
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,

and the said Contractor, tor themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the riqht
to have, tile, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that this
instrument, waving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.
