STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
TB:IS AGREEMENT made the l'ilf\- day of June, 1996, by and
between PREMIER BUILDERS UNLIMITED, INC., of 355 Vesper Road,
Hershey, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND
FRANK R. RUSZKOWSKI and MICHELLE D, RUSZKOWSKI, of 18 Honeysuckle
Drive, Mechanicsburg, pennsylvania I hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single-family residential dwelling on that certain
lot of ground situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland county,
pennsylvania, b~ing Lot No, 149, Phase VI - Final Subdivision
Plan of Meadowview Estates, said Plan being recnrded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in Plan Book 65, Page
95.
BEING part of the same premises which Merle L. Stambaugh,
Executor of the Estate of Mary G. Stambaugh, et al. by deed dated
December 12, 1986 and recorded in the cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds office in Deed Book IIJII, Volume 32, Page 256, granted
and conveyed unto John M. Knaub and Janet D. Knaub, his wife.
The said Janet D. Knaub died March 26, 1995, whereupon full and
complete title to the within described real estate became vested
solely in John M. Knaub, surviving spouse.
ALSO BEING the same premises which John M. Knaub, by Deed
dated June 4, 1996, and about to be recorded in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds office, granted and conveyed unto Frank
R. Ruszkowski and Michelle D, Ruszkowski, his wife.
HOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said

contraGtor, for an~ in consideration ot the Bum ot OnA ($1.00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration montioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors I and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or olaims shall be tiled or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any ot thorn under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, tor thomselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that this
instrument, waving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.
