IT IS ORDERED THAT by agreement, pending further hearing
and without prejudice, the child's physical custody shall
remain here in Virginia with his mother, Kathy Miller and the
father, Scott Carder, shall have visitation for one week each
month in Pennsylvania, with the overnight visitation eE.ch week
to occur at Mr. Carder's sister's home and not in the home
shared by Mr. Carder and his girl friend, Melissa Phillips.The
parties shall share equally the burden of transportation.
As Ms. Miller has moved to Norfolk, VA the issue of home
studies and a final custody determination are transferred to
Norfolk Juvsnile and Domestic Relations District Court as Ms.
Miller does not intend to move back to Va. Beach.
It is a requirement as a condition of this Order, that
each party intending a change of address shall qive thirty
days' advance written notice of such change of address to the
other party.
Tho notice shall contain the child's full name, the
party's new telephone number and nsw street address and, if
different, the party's new mailing address. The notice shall
be mailed by first class mail or delivered to the other party.
