SalOl! of the individuale were armed. Your Petitioner, Mr. Gregory Hall said thcy wer", not welcomc in the home and had no right to be there. Under, the di recU.on of the De fendant, the individuals outside began to drill through the lock on the front door, forcing your potitioner to barricade the door. The pereons attcmpted to drill through the back door, again forcing Mr. Hall to barricadc the door. Mr. Hall called the police department. One of the individuals picked up a bench llnd threw it through the front window while Mr. Hall was boarding the window shut. One of the other individuals thcn aimcd a pistol at Mr. Hall's head. All of theee activities occurred in the presence and at the direction of the Defondant, Dorothy E. "all. 10. 'I'he abused pereon (B) arc in immediate danger of further abuse and a Court Order ie neceesary to protect the abused. 11. I believc that service can be eafely effected by an adult individual other than a law enforcement officer. 12. I ask for attorney fees and coets pursuant to the Protection From Abuse Act. 13. The abused and/or I have suffered out-of-pocket lossee ae a result of the defendant's abuse. 14. The defendant hae used or threatened to use the following weapons in his abuBe against the abused pereon(s)1 motor vehicle, gun, small appliances. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Mr. Gregory Hall requests that this Honorable Court award the following relief: A.
