Other matters and comments: This 15 e situation whoro tho parties probably would have reached an agreement but for an Incident that occurred 2 approxlmataly two weeks prior to the conciliAtion. Apperently the Father was Involved with an altercation Involving the Mother's boyfriend that resulted In calling the New Cumberland Police Department, The Father allegedly was Intoxlcatad and made several threats against the boyfriend In the police officer's presence. The Father had a previous P,F.A. In this case and at the time of the conciliation It was unknown whether another P.F.A. wes going to be filed or If any charges were going to be flied against the Father. Because of this Incident, Mother becama fearful for her daughter and suspended visitation with the Father overnight. Mother expresslld, through counsel, her concern for herself and her daughter given the recent behavior of the Father. Apparently the Father has had some alcohol problems In the past and apparently Is drinking now which led to this Incident. Father denies that he has ever put the minor child In jeopardy and suggests that tha only problems that have existed relate to he and his former spouse. Because of that fact, he does not believe that his time with his daughter should be Interrupted. Since the parties agreed to use Stanley Schnalder, Ed.D., it Is hopeful that after Dr. Schneider Is Involved In the cese, the parties can reach an agreement on a resolution of these issues with his guidance. In the event that they cannot, the hearing should be fairly straight forward In that each party will give to the court 3 1/1 I,') ~~ n iii I .. < d ~ ~ " I . , , AUf) :' )' II~, i~' t 1\ " \.'. . ~ I ,,- N ~; ..:r .- ....., t i'- ,.:J -. r . lLt (~; ,I.r. ~'f) .
