AND NOW, thiS~ day of December, 1997, upon consideration of
the attached -~ustody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and
directed as followsl
1. The Order entered in this case on July 22, 1996, is vacated.
2. Pennsylvania shall maintain jurisdiction over the custody
proceedings in this case.
3. The Mother, Lori Fletchinger, and the Father, John Russell
King, shall enjoy shared legal custody of John Russell King,
Jr., born June 1, 1989, and Sean Russell King, born June 21,
1990.
4. The Mother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor
children.
5. The Father shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody
of the minor children as followsl
A. On al ternating weekends comml3ncing December 12 from
Friday through Sunday evening. Pickup times for exchange
of custody shall be between 6130 p.m. and 7130 p.m. on
Friday and Sunday evenings, with the location for the
exchange of custody to be the McDonald's at the
Chambersburg Mall off Interstate 81. The parties may
modify this time and location for exchange of custody as
they may agree.
B. For three non-consecutive weeks during the summer months,
with the understanding that Father shall give Mother
notice on or before May 1 of each year.
6. The parties shall al ternate the holidays of New Years Day,
Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. The Mother
shall have New Years Day 1998.
7. For the Christmas holiday, the holiday shall be alternated
between two segments with the first segment being Christmas
Eve from noon until Christmas Day at 2100 p.m. and the second
segment being Christmas Day at 2:00 p.m. until December 26 at
6100 p.m. For Christmas 1997, the Mother shall have the first
segment of the Christmas holiday.
