moved out.
7. The child of Petitioner and Respondent's IIl1lson, Amber Fisher, reside. with Petitioner
at 204 N. Penn Street. Shlppensburg, Cumberland County, PennsylvAnill.
8. Petitioner desires exclusive possession of the home.
WHEREFORE, pursunnlto the provlslon8 of the Protection from Abuse Act of October 7, 1976,
35 P.S. Section 10181 et seq. All nmended, the Petitioner proys this HonorAble Court to grnnt the following
relief:
A. Grant the Tempornry Order pursunnt to t.he Protection from Abuse Act;
1. Requiring the Respondent to refrain from abusing the Petitioner or p\ncing her
in fear of obllBe;
2. Grnntlng poBSesslon of the home located ot 204 N. Penn Street, Shlppen8burg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvanio to the exclusion of the Respondent.
B. Schedule a hearing in occordance with the provisions of the Protection form Abuse Act;
