TRIS AORlIlMIlNT made the day of June, 1996, by and
between W. LEE ROLAND, BUILDER, of 337 W, Meadow Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor, AND CHESTER L. ALLEN and KAY L. ALLEN, his wife, of
503 E, Elmwood Avenue, Apt. #4, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as owner, whereby the former undertook
and agreed to erect and construct a single-family residential
dwel.ling on that certain lot: of ground situate in Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 30,
section II, Phase III - Final Subdivision Plan of Headowview
Estates, said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland county
Recorder of Deeds office in Plan Book 72, Page 52.
BEING part of the same premises which John H. Knaub, single
person, by deed dated June 24, 199b and recorded in the Cumber-
land County Recorder of Deeds Offico, granted and conveyed unto
Cindy L. Arnold and Hark A. Knaub, a general partnership, the
grantors herein.
ALSO BEING the same premises which Cindy L. Arnold and Hark
A. Knaub, by Deed dated June 25, 1996, and about to be recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office, granted and
conveyed unto Chester L. Allen and Kay L. Allen, his wife.
HOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
