1. Plaintif f is Donald II. Bumgardner, who currently resides
at 3400 Concord Road, York, York County, P~nnsylvania,
2. Defendant is cheryl Ann Bumgardner., who currently resides
at 1330 Oak Lane, New Cumberland, Cumberland COllntYI Pennsylvania,
3, Both Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide
residents of the Cotnmonwealth for at least six months immediately
previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4, The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on March 14,
1981 in New Cumber.land, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
5, There have been no pr ior act ions of divorce or for annul-
ment between the parties,
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
7, Plaintiff has been advised that counselling is available
and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court
require the parties to participate in counselling,
8. Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a Decree of
Divorce.
