This agreement is entered on this ~_.. day of
~.,JJ.J.:HL. .,1996, by the plaintiff, RICHARD W. KAUFMAN, and
the defendant, CARMEN BECK. The parties agree that the fOllowing
may be entered as an Order of Court regarding their child, DAVID
KAUFMAN:
1. The plaintiff, RICHARD KAUFMAN, hereinafter referred to
as the father, and the defendant, CARMEN BECK, hereinafter
referred to as the mother, will share primary phYDical and legal
custody of the child according to the following schedule:
a. The father will have the child Tuesday through
Friday from 5:00 p.m, until 7:00 a.m, the fOllowing
morning or untll the father takes the child to school.
b. The mother will have the child all day Monday and
Tuesday through Fliday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
when she drops the child at the paternal grandparents
home,
c. The father will have the child every other weekend
from Friday at 5:00 p,m. until Sunday at 5:00 p,m.
d. The parties may vary from this schedule at any
time upon mutual agreement.
