The mlllher also has the right to have the child for two weeks summer vacation to include a lIlaximum of two weekends. The mother and lalher shall provide each other with complete address(es) and telephone number(s) where the child can be reached during vacation trips. 9. The father shall be responsible lor the transportation of the child, The rather shall pick the child up at the child's day care facility and return the child to the mother's residence.
