The relationship of tho Defendant to the subject minor ohild is that of natural mother. 6. The minor child has resided at the following addresses, in the custody of the following individuals: a) From 6/26/96 - present, the subject minor child has resided with Plaintiff Christian J. Castner, his wife, Sally Marie Castner and his step-son Nicholas Musti, age 9, at RD 2, Box 2261 Duncannon, Pennsylvania. 17020. b) From 3/1/95 - 6/25/96, the subject minor child resided with Defendant Jill M. Castner at 57 Oak Avenue, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 17011. c) From 7/1/91 to 3/1/95, the subject minor child resided at 624 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in the custody of Defendant Jill M. Castner and the maternal grandmother, Jean Grandon. 7. There have been no prior actions for custody of the SUbject minor child in this or any other jurisdiction. 8. The Plaintiff is not aware of the existence of any other individuals who have any type of claim whatsoever regarding the custody of the subject minor child. 9. The Plaintiff believes, and therefore avers that he is much better able to meet the needs of the subject minor child and provide a healthier and more wholesome environment for the subject minor child than the Defendant.
