of Mechanicsburg, p~nnsylvania is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Russell C. Goodling
of camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a +~O
story building upon a lot of land situate

immediatfI; 'before the execut ion of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Richard A. Sni.ik
and Claudia A. Sni.ik, to the said Russell C. Goodling, to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Richard A. Sni.ik and Claudia A. Sni.ik, and the further
consideration of one Dollar, to Russell C. Goodling, paid by
Richard A. Sni.ik and Claudia A. Sni.ik, it is agreed that no
lien shall be filed aga.inst the building and/or land by the
contractor, or any subcontractor, .now by any of the materia.! men
or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchasea, or extra labor or materia.!s purchased for the erection
of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
