COUNT I
SECTION 3301(c) OF THE DIVORCE CODE OF 1980
1. Plaintiff is Rebecca S. Showers, an adult
individual who currently ~esides at 1072 Lancaster Blvd.,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
2. Defendant is Shawn L. Showers, an adult
individual who currently resides at 739 Old Silver Spring
Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide
residents in the Commonwealth for at least six (6) months
immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 3,
1993.
5. There have been no prior actions for divorce or
annulment between the parties hereto.
6. Plaintiff avers that Defendant is not in any
branch of the Armed Services.
