STII'ULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, JOliN P. McLAUGIILIN and KAREN L. McLAUGHLIN, his wife, of
702 Alberta Avenue, Meehan icsburg, pennsy I vania, hereina fter ca lIed
"Owner" are about to execute contemporaneously herowith a contract with
HARRV L. SMITH (, SONS, INC. of 5943 Devonshire lIeights Road, Harrisb rg, \
Dauphin county, Pennsylvania, 17112, hereinafter called "Contractor" or)
the erection and construction of a building and other improvements o~
the property and real estate known as Lot No. 22-A, Final subdivi i r{
Plan of Lots for Wayde Kelly, dated 10/17/95, recorded 12/22/95, Ian
Book 71, Page 72, Silver Spring 'rownship, cumberland County, PA, nd
being a portion of the former Lot No. 22 as shown on Subdivision Plan of
Green Ridge Estates-section II, recordC'd in Plan flook 59, Page 98,
county, Pennsylvania, more particularly described in a Deed dated April
2, 1996 and recorded April 4, 1996 in Dt:!ed Book 137, Page 155,
Cumberland county records.

lmmediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contrnctor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same
in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the
further consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($),. 00) to Contractor pa id by ownQr,
it is agreed that no mechanics' lien or claim shall be filed or
maintained against the real estate or improvements by the Contractor, or
any sub-contractor nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other
person on account of any work done or' materials furnished under the
Contract or any supplemental contract, oral or written for any extra
work done or extra materials furnished for thp. performance of any
supplemental work, tho right to file any such lien or claim being
expressly wai vod. Contractor warrants and represents that no work of
any kind has been done and no materials have boen furnished, delivered
or ordered in connectior with the Contract or any supplemental contract
for extra work. Contractor further agrees to indemnify Owner from any
and all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable att.orney's
fees suffered by Owner os a rosult of any lien filed or claim asserted
against the property by Contractor, or any subcontractor, materialmen,
workmen or any other person in violation of this stipulation.
WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid, intending
