8. Plaintiff/Petitioner engllied in numerous good faith efforts 10 locate the
Defendant/Respondent, Including:
a. On June 27, 1996, Plaintiff/Petitioner's counllel, the Family Law Clinic,
contacted the Defendant/Respondent's mother who wu living at the Defendant's mailing address
at 630 Kellcer Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17102. She refused to provide any Information
about the Defendant or 10 provide uslstancc In serving the divorce complaint upon the
Defendant/Respondent.
b. On March 20, 1997, Plaintiff/Petitioner's counsel, the Family Law Clinic,
mailed a true and correct copy of the divorce complaint to the Defendant/Respondent's mailing
address at 630 Kelker Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17102. The complaint wu sent ccrtlfied,
restricted, return receipt requested and wu returned to the Family Law Clinic u being
unclaimed.
c. Defendant/Respondent Is a cross-country truck driver who two years 1li0 wu
working for Continental Trucking Company. Plaintiff/Petitioner does not know the slate In
which this company is located.
9. Plaintiff/Petitioner hu no further Information regarding the whereabouts of the
Defendant/Respondent and no way of obtaining such Information.
