to commence work on the aaid bulldinr, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration
of the making or the said contract with lIeis Markets, Inc., and the further consideration
or $1.00 to him in hend paid by lIeia liarketa, Inc., it ia agreed thet no mechanIcs or
other liens ahall be riled against the building by the Contractor or any aubcontractor,
nor by any or the material men or workmen, or any other person ror any labor or materiala,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, or against any
structure whatever covered by said contract, the right to rile such liens being expressly
wai'lold.
