9, Sinoe the date of separation on June 6, 1996, the Defendant
has resided with two females and on~ malo at the address listed
above.
10. Tho Defendant has told the Plaintiff that he is not sure
how long he will be residing at that home, as they "party" until
5:00 a,m. or 6:00 a,m. every morning,
11, The Plaintiff believes the Defendant indulges in the use
of alcoholic beverages and marijuana on a regular basis,
12. The Defendant has a violent temper, as exhibi ted by the
physical abuse upon the Plaintiff on June 6, 1 B6, and further,
prior to that time, when the Defendant became violent towards
the father of the Plaintiff.
13. The Defendant has been irresponsible in that he had
requested to visit with his daughter on two occasions and when
the Plaintiff agreed to permit the visitation, which was to
occur in her presence, the Defendant, after agreeing, faUed
to appear and faUed to call to let the Plaintiff know that
he would not be appearing,
14. The Defendant has never shown a desire to be a full-time
or even a part-time father to his daughter.
