The plaintiff and the defendant entered into a Security Agreement dated March 24, 1994. The agreement set up an arrangement whereby the plaintiff would supply inventory to the defendant who, as the exclusive distributor for the plaintiff in this area, would sell and install the inventory in restaurants and other retail establioh- ments, A dispute arose between the parties and the plaintiff sought to end the security agreement, The outstanding balance owed reflects -1- , moetly inv.ntory .till in the po.....ion of the d.f.ndant.
