Robert D. Chamberlain, President of IMR, Slate Hilllnfonned IMR that IMR's security deposit
accountoonlJllned $19,089.82, Including accrued Interest as of November 1.5, 199.5. A tnJe and
comet copy of the aforesaid letter Is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
9. 11le aforesaid letter dated October 12, 1995, alii<) Indicated that Slate Hill was to
underuke a preliminary Inspection of tile leased premises and tilat on or before November I,
199.5, any remaining Issues would be calculated and reflected In tile final net security deposit to
be returned to IMR.
10, Despite Ita obligation to do 50 under the Agreement of Lease, Slate Hill faUed to
provide IMR with an Itemization of deduction.! and alii<) faUed to return the net security deposit
to IMR within 30 days of the temllnation of the Agreement of Lease.
II. IMR wll4not provided with an itemization of deductions from lu security deposit
untll on or about March 4, 1996.
12, By way ofa letter dated February 27, 1996, and received by IMR on March 4,
1996. Slate Hill notified IMR that Slate Hili was withholding $.5,304.55 from IMR's security
deposit for damages to the leased premises as aUeged by Slate HUI, punuant to an Inspection by
Slate Hill, A tnJe and comet copy of the aforesaid letter dated February 27, 1996. Is attached
hereto as Exhibit E,
