WHEREAS, CUMBERLAND COUNTY COALITION FOR SHELTER, INC., of 102
West High Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with TUCKEY RESTORATION, INC., of 12
Stover Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA, for the rehabilitation of a building at 803-
805 Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Cumberland County Coalition for Shelter,
Inc. to the said Tuckey Restoration, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Tuckey Restoration, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to be paid to
Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or
any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor for the erection of said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.

Administrator of Engineering District 8-0, Depamuent of Transportation, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and
that on or before October 15, 2002, notice of the filing of the declaration of taking in the above matter was
served on the conderunees affected thereby in compliance with Article IV, Section 405, of the Eminent Domain
Code, Act June 22, 1964, P.L. 84, as amended. A schedule of the condemnees so notified is attached hereto and
made part hereof.
