WHEREAS, James Craft & Son, Inc., having an office at 2780 York Haven Road, p. O Box 8, York Haven, PA
17370-6629 entered into an agreement on ~er 12, 2002 ("Contract No. B ' '
- ~) w~th herein referred to as Telesector
Resources Group, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Services Group on behalf of itself and the Verizon affiIiates, a Delaware Corporation, with
an office located at 240 East 38m Street, Ne~ York, New Your 10016, to do all work and furnish all labor, materials and
equipment required in connection with Chiller and AHU Replacement for Paxtonia Dial Office in Paxtonia, PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed by and between the said parties, as part of said Contract and for consideration
therein set forth, that neither the aforesaid principal Contractor nor any Subcontractor nor any other person, firm or corporation
~h~ll file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, against the said building or improvement or against any property upon which
it ~s erected or against any other building, improvement or property; specifically 4806 Jonestown Road, Paxtonia, PA 17109,
for labor or materials furnished in connection with said Contract.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed by VERIZON PENNSYLVANIA with the County Prothonotary within
ten days after the date, in accordance with requirements of the Acts of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such cases provided.
