OF ROBERT R. LERMAN IN OPPOSITION TO
THE PETITION FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT
The Affidavit in Opposition to Motion for Contempt in the action sub judice is filled with
restatements of documents which speak for themselves, inaccuracies, completely irrelevant
information, and outright lies, to such an extent that a point-for-point recitation would be of no
value. The Affidavit by Robert R. Lerman in Opposition to the Motion for Contempt is an
attempt to confuse the issues and to take the focus off of Fred R. Lerman and Robert R. Lerman's
actions which are contrary to the Orders of this Court. It is the request of the Estate that this
Honorable Court move forward the action in Contempt of Court against Fred R. Lerman and
Robert R. Lerman.
