6, PERSONAL I~JGHTS
Wlfo and Husband may and shall, at all times hereafter, live separnte and apart, They shall be
free rroml1l1Y contacl, restraint, Interference or authority, direct or Indirect, by lhe other in all respects
lIS fully as If they were unmanied, Each may, for his or her separate use or benent, conduct, carry on
and engsge In any business, occupation, profession or employment which to him or her may seem
advisable, Wife and Husband shall not molest, harass, disturb or malign each other or the respective
families of each other nor compel or allempt to compel the other to cohabit or dwell by any means
whatsoever with him or her
7, RIGHT TO MAINTAIN PRl V ATE LIFE
Wife a.:knowledges that Husband has a right to maintain his private life tree from publicity,
and acknowledges Ihat, In connection Wilh the relationship contemplated by lhls agreement, she will
leam, bOlh directly and indirectly, of Informallonthat constitutes and will constitute ponlons of his
private lire, and that any publication, whethcr In faclual form or In an adaptation to nCllon, In any
medium whatever, would violate that right. Wife further acknowledges that any publlclzallon of any
portion of Husband's privalc Iifc, whelhcr during thc lerm of this Agreement or after termlnalion
thereof, In any fonn, whelhcr lixed In permanent form or not, and regArdless of whelher Wife Is the
author or joint author or not. including, without limitation, as biography, as a novel or other work
of f1ction, dramalic scripl or scrccnplay, motion piclure or video, radio or lelevision program, play
or sketch, imerview lor prim or broadcast or olhcrwise, song, performance al1, or any olher medium
now in existence or yello be IllIemed, would violate Husband's right to maimain his private life free
ITom publicity and would leave him with nn injul)' for II hich damages would be nn Inadequate remedy,
Wife accordingly agrees 10, and acknowledges the need for, preliminary Injunctive relief to prevent
any threalened publicization of any information lhat Husband reasonably maintains constitutes a
ponlon orhis private life In lhe eve III oflillgation relating to a threalened publicization of any portion
of Husband's privale life, Wife agrecs 10 consent 10 an appropriate proteclil'e order to permit the
disclosure, only to the eXlelll necessary 10 lhe rcsolution of the litigation, of any Information that
Husband maintains conslitules a portion of his private life,
8, MUTUAL RELEASES
Except as othemise expressly provided by this Agreement.
(a) Each pany hereby absolutely and unconditionally releases and forever discharges the other
and the estale of lhe other for all purposes from any and all rlghls and obligations which either may
have or at any time hereafter have for pasl, present or future support or maintenance, alimony
pendente lite, alimony. equitable distribution, counsel fces, com, expenses and any other right or
obligalion, economic or othemise. whether arising out of lhe marital relationship or otherwise,
including all rights and benefits under the Pennsylvania Divorce Code of 1980, its supplements and
amendments, as well as under any olher lal\' of any other Jurisdiction, except and only except all
rights, agreements and obligations of whatsoever nature arising or which may arise under this
Agreement or for the breach of any provision thereof Neither party shall have any obligation to the
other not expressly set ronh herein

(b) Each party hereby absolutely and unconditionally releases and forever discharges the other
and his or her heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, property and estllte from any and all rights,
claims, demands or obll8ations arising out of or by virtue of Ihe marital rvlatlonshlp of the parties or
otherwise, whether now existing or hereafter arising, The above release shall be effective regardless
of whether such claims arise OUI of any fOrlner or future aCls, contracts, cngagemenl5 or liabilities of
the other or by way of dowcr, curtcsy, widow's rights, family exemption or similar allowance, or
under the Intestate laws, or the right to take against the spouse's will, or the right to treat a lifetime
conveyance by the othcr as testamentary, or all other righls of a surviving spousc to participate In a
deceased spouse's estate, whether arising under the laws of Pennsylvania, any slate, commonwr,ahh
or territory of the United States, or any othcr country. Ills expressly undcrstood, however, that
neither the provisions of this release nor the subsequent entry of a divorce decree are intended to
defeat the right ofclther party to receive any Insurance proceeds at the death of the other of which
she or he Is lhe named beneficiary (whether lhe beneficiary designation was made prior or subsequent
to execution hereol), nor to defeat the right of eithcr party to receive any legacy, bequest or residuary
portiol\ oflhe other's estate under his or her will, or to act liS personlll represcntalive or executor If
so named by the will of the other, whether such will was executcd prior or subsequent to this
Agreement
(c) Except for any cause of action for divorce which elthcr party may have or claim to have,
and except for the obligations of the parties contained In this Agreemcnt and such rights as are
expressly reserved herein, each party givcs to Ihe other by the execulion of this Agreement an
absolute and unconditional release and discharge from all causes of action, claims, rights Ill' demands

9, FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE
The parties have disclosed to each other and they are each aware of the extent of each other's
income, mets, liabilities, holdings and estate,
10. WAIVER OR MODIFICATION TO BE IN WRITING
No modification or waivcr of any of the terms hercof shall be valid unless In writing and
signed by both panics and no waiwr or any breach hereof or default hereunder shall be deemed a
waiver of any subsequcnt default of the same or similar nature Notwithstanding this provision, under
applicable Pennsylvania law in elTeCl at the time of this Agrecment and upon reliance on same, the
parties understand lhat any provision of this Agreemcnl relating to child support or to custody shall
be subJect to modification by the Court upon a showing of changed circumstances, Any provision
of this Agreement relating to child support or to custody shall be subject 10 modification by the Court
upon a showing of changed circumstances, Each party agrees that he or she shall nOI, at any future
time, raise a defense, or otherwise, with regard to the lack of such disclosure in any legal proceeding
involvin8 this Agreement, with the exception of a disclosure which may have been fraudulently

18, HEADINGS NOT PART OF AGREEMENT
Any headings preceding the text of the sel'eral paragraphs and subparagraphs hereof are
Inserted solely for convenience of reference and shall not conslltute a part of Ihls Agreement nor shall

19, PENDING LITIGATION
There is a divorce action belweenlhe parties being liIed in Ihe Cumberland Counly Court of
Common Pleas, Commonwealth ofPennsyll'anla,
20 RELIGIOUS ANNUL~IENT
The panics agree that each will cooperale In helping to secure, if possible, an
annulment of the marriage by the Catholic Church The COSI of oblalnlng such annulment shall be paid
for by Wife
21, BANKRUPTCY OR REORGANIZATION PROCEEDIl':GS
In the event that either pany becomes a debtor in any bankruptcy or Onancial reorganization
proceedings of any kind while any obligations remain to be performed by that party for the benefit
of lhe other pany pursuant to the provisions of Ihls Agreement, the debtor spouse hereby waives,
releases and relinquishes any right to claim any exemption (whether granted under state or federal
law) to any propeny remaining In lhe debtor as a defense to any claim made pursuant herelo by the
creditor-spouse, and the debtor-spouse hereby assigns, transfers and conveys to the creditor-spouse
an Interest in all of Ihe debtor's exempt properly sutlicient to meet all obllgallons to lhe credilor-
spouse as sel forth herein. including reasonable allomeys' fees and costs incurred In the enforcement
of this Paragraph or any olher pro\;slon oflhis Agreement, No obligation created by this Agreement
shall be discharged or dischargeable, regardless of led era I or state law to the contrary, and each party
waives any and all right 10 assert that any obligation hereunder is discharged or dischargeable,
22, EFFECT OF RECONCILIATION OR RECONCILIATION ATTEMPT
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect even if the parties reconcile, cohabit as

\. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Husband and Wife do hercby acknowledge thatthcy havc prcvlously divided their tangible
personal property Including. but without limitation, jcwelry, clothes, furnltum, furnishings, rugs,
carpelS, household equipment and appliances, pictures, books, works of art and other personal
property; and hereat1er Wife agrees that all of tile property In the possession of Husband shall be the
solc and separatc propeny of Husband; and Husband agrees that all of the property In the possession
of Wlfc shall be the sole and scparate propcrty of Wifc. The ponies do hcrcby specit1cally waive,
release, renounce and forcver abandon any c1alllls which either may have with respect to the above
items, which shall hereafter be the solc and exclusive propcny of the other

execute any documcnts pursuant to thc Retircment Equity Act or any similar act that may be rcquircd
from time to tlmc to accomplish the purposes of this Paragraph,
3. AFTER-ACQUIRED PROPERTY
Each of the panics shall hcrealier own and cnjoy, independently of any claim or right of the
other, all items ofpropeny, be they real, personal or mixed, tangible or intangible, which are acquired
by him or her after execution of this Agreemenl, witb full power ill him or her to dispose of the same
as fully and effeclively, in all respects and for all purposes, as though he or she were unmarried,
4, TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
Wife shall make, execute and deliver all documents in the usual form conveying. transferring
and granting to Husband all of her right, title and interest in and 10 the real estate situate at and
known as 1935 Princeton Avenue, Camp Hill, PA
The said conveyance shall be free of all liens and encumbrances in the name of the Wife,
Husband hereby agrees thai as soon as possible, but not more than three (3) months, after lhe
granting of the divorce, he will cause the release of Wife from any liability or obligation onlhe
mortgage notes presently existing with respo:clto said premises and upon which both partics hereto
are liable, Husband will have Wife released from liability and her named removed from a1l loans
on the property including the existing primary mortgage and second mortgage, Wife hereby
assigns to Husband any and all interest which she may have In any insurance policies covering lhe
real estate, or in proceeds from such policies. or In any prepaid real estate taxes, Husband hereby
