12. Defendant believes and therefore avers that Plaintiff
misrepresented the amount of work and labor that would be required
to make repairs to her bathroom.
13. These misrepresentations were the basis for the alleged
contract that' is in dispute in thh case, and that contract was
therefore for an amount unjustified by the work actually performed
at Defendant's house.
14. Plaintiff represented that many more hours of labor would be
needed to perform these repairs than actually wore needed, and the
Plaintiff knew or should have known of the falsity of that
representation, but made the representation in order to
fraUdulently induce Defendant into agreeing to pay for the repairs.
15. Plaintiff made these false and fraudulent misrepresentationK
after Defendant had revealed to Plaintiff Defendant'B dosperatlon
over the condition of her bathroom,
16. Plaintiff I s conduct was an unconscionable violation of the
Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Pr.actices and Consumer Protection Law.
17. Defendant has been damaged by having to overpay for home
improvaments and is entitled to recover three times her actual
damages together with incidental expenses, costB and attorney's
fees froln Plaintiff, and claim is made heufor,
WHSRBFORE, Defendant demands jUdgment in her favor in an amount
less than t20,000 together with costs and interest as allowed by
