pet.itioners, .John R, Oldroyd and Olga Oldroyd, find the
Respondent, Tel'esa M. Oldroyd, to st ipu1ate as follows I
(1) Petitioners are John R. Oldroyd and Olga Oldroyd,
husband and wife, adult individuals who currently resides at
3901 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
(2) Respondent is Terasa M. Oldroyd, an adult individual
who currently resides at 400 Seventh Street, Apt. U3, New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
(3) The subject child is Tessa Rae Oldroyd, O.O.B.
4/12/91.
(4) The Respondent, Teresa M, Oldroyd ia the natural
mother of Tessa Rae Oldroyd and the Petitioners, John R. Oldroyd
and Olga Oldroyd are the maternal grandparents of said child.
(5) The parties agree that they will share j,oint legal
cuatody of the said child.
(6) The parties further agree thRt the Petitioners shall
have primary physical custody of said child.

STIPULATION

Petitioners, John R. Oldroyd and Olga Oldroyd, and the
Respondent, Teresa M. Oldroyd, to stipulate as follows:
(1) Petitioners are John R. Oldroyd and Olga Oldroyd,
husband and wife, adult individuals who currently resides at
3901 Gettysburg Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
(2) Respondent is Teresa M. Oldroyd, an adult individual
who currently resides at 400 Seventh Street, Apt. #3, New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
(3) The subject child is Tessa Rae Oldroyd, D.O.B.
4/12/91.
(4) The Respondent, Teresa M. Oldroyd is the natural
mother of Tessa Rae Oldroyd and the Petitioners, John R. Oldroyd
and Olga Oldroyd are the maternal grandparents of said child.
(5) The parties agree that they will share joint legal
custody of the said child.
(6) The parties further agree that the Petitioners shall
have primary physical custody of said child.
(7) The parties further agree that periods of partial
custody shall be enjoyed by the Respondent at times to be
mutually agreed upon by the parties.
(8) The parties further agree that since they share joint
legal custody, the Petitioners will be contacted by the school
district and health care professionals in the same manner as a
natural parent would.
(9) The parties desire that this Agreement be evidenced by
an Order of Court.
WHEREFORE, the parties hereto request Your Honorable Court
to enter an order awarding custody of the subject child pursuant
to the Stipulation as provided herein.
