4. When the chUd Is scheduled to be in the custody of the father llIld lhe flllher is
planning to take the chUd out of state ovemlght. the father shaU give the mother one week's
notice prior to leaving the state.
5. Fllther will pick up and return the chUd to the mother's residence.
6. Father shall not take nor allow to be taken whUe the chUd Is in his partial
custody IIIlY action which alters the chUd's oppel1l'ance. including but not limited to CUlling the
chUd's hair,
The pl1l'tles hall allempt to discipline the child In 0 consistent manner.
