between RUSSELL C, GOODLING, of 2920 Diokinson Avenue, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to ae contraotor, lHD RUSSELL
C, GOODLING, of 2920 Diokinson Avenue, cltmp Ilill, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as owner, whereby the former undertook
and agreed to erect and construct a single-family residential
dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in Ilampden
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No, 437 as
shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of The Highlands of Hampden
Square, Phase IV, recorded in Plan Book 66, Page 17, Being part
of the same premises which South Central Servioes Corporation et
al, by Deed dated August 13, 1987 and recorded August 17, 1987 in
the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 32-W,
Page 414, granted and conveyed unto Highlands of Hampden Square
Partnership, Also being a portion of the same premises which
Hampden Square Development Company by Deed dated November 17,
1988 and recorded December 6, 1988 in Deed Book R-33, Page 1077,
granted and conveyed unto Highlands of Hampden Square
Partnership, Further being the same premises which Highlands of
Hampden Square partnership by Deed dated July S', 1996 and
about to be recorded herewith in the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office, granted and conveyed unto Russell C, Goodling,
HOW THIRlrORI, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of one ($1,00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by owner, the receipt whereof is
