10. As a di~ect result ot the accident atoresaid,
Plaintitt, Sandra Mershon, suttered the following injurie.,
including, but not limited to, spinal impact I contusion to the
head, contusicns, cervical sprain/strain, contusion to right
thigh, Devere and permanent e~acerbation ot her pre-e~isting
condition ot multiple sclerosisl and mental an~iety and
depression.
11. As a result ot the hereinbetore mentioned conduct ot
the Detendant, Plaintitt, Sandra Jean Mershon, has been caused
to sustain and will in the tuture continue to sustain pain,
suttering, inconvenience, emotional distress, loss ot
independence, embarrassment and loss ot lite's pleasures.
12. As a result ot the hereinbetore-mentioned conduct ot
the Defendant, Plaintitt, Sandra Jean Mershon, has been caused
to incur medical e~penses in endeavoring to be treated tor
injuries sustained in the herein-related accident, and will
continue to incur medical bills tor the duration ot her
litetime.
13. As a result of the hereinbetore-mentioned conduct ot
the Detendant, Plaintitf, Sandra Jean Mershon, has lost wages.

12. Oenied. By way ot further olarification, plaintiff
is not precluded from reooverinq for non-economio damaqes
becauBe of her eleotion of the limited tort option under the
Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle ReBponsiblli ty Law. It is
opeoitioBlly denied that Plaintiff'lII injury is not "serious".
In faot, as a di.rect consoquence of this accident, plaintitf
has incurred over $50,000,00 in medical billlS for treatment of
aocidant-related injuries. The effects of the injuries
lustained are, unfortunately, permanent, and have amonq other
serious concerns, rendered the Plaintiff completely unable to
walk, and, is thus, wheelchair bound.
WHI!RBI'ORJ!l, plaintiff, Sandra Jean Mershon, requests
this Honorable Court to enter judgment against. Defendant,
Nanoy D. Steel, for a Bum in llxcess of $25,000, together with
interest and costs of suit.
