Plaintiff is SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 5000 Wissahickon Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144. 2. Defcndants are ROBERT A. DECKER, DIANNE L. DECKER, JANIE MARTIN, and OCCUPANT(S). 3. Plaintiff is the owner of premises 106-108 Gilbert Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257 a legal description of which is attached hereto. 4. Plaintiffbecame owner of said property by a Deed from the Sheriff of Cumberland, which deed was lodged and settlement made with the Sheriff on (Abstract of Title). 5. Plamti fl; by virtue of the above, is the owner of said premises, and is entitled to possession thereof. The Defendants, ROBERT A. DECKER, DIANNE L. DECKER, JANIE MARTIN and OCCUPANT(S), are occupying the stone premises without right, and so far as the Plaintiff is infon-ned, without claim of title. 6. Plaintiff has repeatedly demanded possession of the said premises from the said premises fi'om the said Defendants, who have refused to deliver up possession of the same. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests judgment for possession of the premises. VERIFICATION I, Joseph A.
