and consideration of the within Petition, and upon finding that
the plaintiff, RENEE LYNN JOHNSON, now residing at 527 Cherry
court, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pannsylvania, is in immediate
and present danger of abuse from the defendant, DERRICK QUINCY
PHILLIPS, the following Temporary Order is entered,
The defendant, DERRICK QUINCY PHILLIPS, SSNI245-43-9341 and
00BI5/25/76, now residing at an unkncwn location, is hereby
enjoined from physically abusing the plaintiff, RENEE LYNN
JOHNSON, or placing her in fear of abuse.
The defendant im ordered to stay away from the plaintiff's
residence located at 527 Cherry court, carlisle, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania, a residence which is leased solely by the
plaintiff,
The defendant is ordered to refrain from having any direct
or indirect contact with the pla\ntiff inClUding, but not limited
to, telephone and written communications,
The defendant is enjoined from harassing and stalking the

A. ABUSI
1. The plaintiff, RENEE LYNN JOhNSON, is an adult
individual residing at 527 Cherry court, CarliSle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2, The defendant, DERRICK QUINCY PHILLIPS, SSNI245-43-9341
and 00815/25/76, is an adult individual residing at an unknown
looation.
3, The defendant is the father of the plaintiff's
children.
4. Sinoe approximately 1994, the defendant has attempt~d
to oause and has intentionallY, knowingly, or reoklessly oaused
bodily injury to the plaintiff, has plaoed the plaintiff in
reasonable fear of imminent serious bodily injury, and has
knowingly engaged in a oourse of conduot or repeatedly oommitted
aots toward the plaintiff under oiroumstanoes whioh have plaoed
the plaintiff in reasonable fear of bodily injury. This has
inoluded, but is not limited to, the following specifio instances
of abullel
a. on or about July 16, 1996, tho defendant
telephoned the plaintiff and threatened the plaintiff
.ayin9 he would come to her hou.e and kill her. About
an hour. atter the detendant'e threat, the plaintift .aw
him drive by her apartment which cau.ad the plaintitt
to fear tor her safety. A tew hours later, at
approximately 1130 a.m., the defendant oame to the
plaintiff'. apartment, banged and kioked on the door,
and lett only atter the plaintiff called the police.
b. Binoe 1994, on approximately a monthly basis, the
detendant has pushed and shoved the plaintiff at times
pUShing her into things and shoving her hard enough to
oaUse her to fall to the ground,
c, In 1994, the plaintiff obtained a Proteotion From
Abuse Order against the defendant,
6. The plaintiff believes and therefore avers that she is
in immediate and present danger of abuse from the detendant, and
that she is in need of protection trom such abuse.
7. The plaintift desires that the defendant be prohibited
from having any direct or indirect contaot with the plaintitt
including, but not limited to, telephone and written
oommunications,
8. The plaintift desires that the detendant be enjoined
trom harassing and stalking the plaintittl and trom hara..in9 the
