Detendant advi.ed ot any penaltie. with respect to liaense suspension. 5 On July J2, J996, Detendant received notice tram the penn.ylvania Department of Transportation that his license ~as going to be su.pended for a period of six months as a result at the mentioned guilty pl.a, a oopy of said notice being attached hereto and marked E"hibit "B". 6 Defendant is a recent graduate of Big Spring High Sohool and is soheduled to attend oollege at Shippensburg University. Defendant ~ill oommute to sohool and requires the ability to drive in order to attend oollege. 7 Defendant is ourrently employed with Allen Distribution on a full- time basis and requires transportation in order to attend work. 8 The Defendant's guilty plea to the summary oitation in question was not a knOWing, intelligent and voluntary guilty plea in that the Defendant was misadvised conoerning the implioations of the plea.
