County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as "Wife" and Brian
Krosnowski, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to all "Husband,"
WI'l'NESSETH I
WHEREAS, in oonb,'S'lenoe of disputes and unhappy differenoes,
the parties have a desire to oonfirm the property rights between
them with regards to marital property in anticipation of
separation.
NOW THEREFORE, in oonsideration of the oovenants and promises
her and after to be mutually kept and performed by eaoh party as
well as for other good and valuable oonsideration, and intending to
be legally bound, it agreed as follows I
1. It shall be lawful tor eaoh party at all times hereafter
to live separate and apart from the other party at suoh plaoe or
plaoes as he or she from time to time may ohose or deem fit.
2. Exoept as herein or otherwise provided, eaoh party hereby
releases the other party fr.om any and all olaims, or demands up to
the date of exeoution hereof.
3. The parties are the owners of oertain real estate with
improvements thereon ereoted known as 2168 Chestnut Street, Camp
Hill, Cumberland County, Ponnsylvania 17011. Husband agreeo on the

date of the signing of this agreement to oonvey said real as tat. to
Wife by special warranty deed. Wife shall auume full
responsibility for all hou.ehold Qxpense. including, but not
limited to, the mortqege thereon, other lien. of record, utility
bill., insurence end real estate taxes in connection with said
property. With regar.d~ to all such expenses, Wife hereby agrees to
hold Husband harmlese and indelnnify him from any loBS thereon.
4. Husband further agrees to r.elinquiBh eny right, title end
interest he Inay have to a 1990 Volkswagon Jetta automobile. Wife
shall aBSume the debt liability on said vehiole. Wife relinquisheli
her right, titlo and interest that she may have in Husband's 1984
Volkswagon RebbiL, Ilud will agree to sign Lhu Ll.tle over to Husband
on the date of the signing of thie agreement, if necessary.
5. The parties at this time have not yet agreed to an exaot
division of furniture, household furnishings, appliances, tools,
and other household personal property between theml however, they
do agree to revisit this issue at the appropriate time and modify
this agreement in writing regarding such issues.
6. Each party hereby relinquishes any right, title, or
interest he or she may have in or to any intangible perlSonal
property ourrently titled in the name of or in the possession of
the other party.
7. Except is otherwise provided herein, Husband shall not
pay to Wife nor Wife to Husband any sum whatsoever as alimony,
alimony pendente lite, or for his or support or maintenance.

B. Husband agreee that, .hould divoroe prooeedings be
initiated, that upon the expiration of ninety (90) day II after
reoeipt of the divoroe oomplaint, he will exeoute the affidavit of
con.ant and provide it to Wife's oounsel so that she may finali~e
the non fault divoroe. In the event thnt an affidavit of oonsent
is not signed by Ilusbnnd at thill time, Husband will reimbune wife
for any expenses that would inour to heve oonsent forms signed.
9. The parties do hereby warrant, raprosent, aoknowledge and
agree that eaoh is fully and oompletely informed of, and is
familiar with, the wealth, real and personal propurty, estate and
assets, earnings and inoome of the other and that eaoh has made a
full and oomplete disolollure to the other of hill and her entire
assets and liabilities and any further enumeration or statemamt
thereof in this agreement is specifioally waived. It h further
specifically understood and agreed by and between the partiel.!

liability for whioh the other party or his or her property or
estate might be responsible and shall indemnify and save the other
party harmless form any Bnd all claims or demands made against him
or hor by reason of debts or obligations inourred by the other
p.uty.
11. Each of the parties shall from time to time, at the
request of the other, execute, acknowledge, and deliver to the
other party any and all further instruments that may be reasonably
required to give full force an effect to the provisions of this
agreement.
12. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this
Bgreement, Husband and Wife, for themselves, their heirs,
representatives and B8IIigns, each hereby forever releaselll, remiAes,
discharges, and quite claims the other, and lIIuch othen heirs,
representativos, Bssigns, and estate, from and with respect to the

a. All liability, claims, causes of action, damages, costs,
contributions, expenses, or demands whatsoever in law or in equity,

property of the other whether real, personal, or mixed and whether
now owned or hereafter acquired,

in the nature of curtesy and dower,

survive any suoh final jUdgement or deoree of absolute divoroe and
shall be entirely independent thoreof.
15. In the event that either party breaohes any provision of
this agreement, and the other party retains oounsel to assist in
enforoing the terms hereof, the parties hereby agree that the
breaohing party will pay all attorney I s fees, oourt oosts, and
expenses incurred by the other party in enforoing the agreement.
16. Husband and Wife aoknowledge that each of them has read
and understand his and her rights and responsibilities under this
agreement and that they have exeouted this agreement under no
compulsion to do so but as a voluntary aot.
17. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding
between the partieD and there are no oovenants, conditions,
representat.ions, or agreements, oral or written, of /lny nature

Complaint in Oivoroe and, in support thersof, avers as followsl
1. The Plaintiff, Shelly L. Krosnowski, is an adult
individual who ourrently resides at 2160 Chestnut Street, Camp
Hill, Penneylvania 17011.
2. The Defendant, Brian Kroenowski, is an adult individunl
who ourrently residee at 2168 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania 17011.
3. The Plaintiff has been a resident of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania for at leaet six months immediately prior to the
filing of thie Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and the Defendant were married on
September 19, 1992, in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior aotions of divoroe or for
annulment between the parties.
6. There are no dependant ohildren of the parties to this
marriage.

intereat he may have to a 1990 Volkswagon Jetta automobile. Wife
Ilhall aasume the debt liabJ.lity on aaid vehicle. Wife relinquiahell
her right, title and intereat that ahe may have in Husband's 19a4
Volkswagon Rabbit;, and will agree to Bign the title over to Husband
on the date of the aigning of thia sgreement, if neceasary.
5. The partiea at this time have not yet agreed to an exact
division of furniture, household furniahinga, appliances, toola,
and other houaehold peraonal property between them; however, they
do agree to reviait thia issue at the appropriate time and modify
this agreement in writing regarding auch issuea.
6. Each party hereby relinquishea any right, title, or
interest he or she may have in or to any intangible personal
property currently titled in the name of or in the posaessian of
the other party.
7. Except ia otherwiae provided herein, Huaband ahall not
pay to wife nor Wife to Husband any aum whataoever as alimony,
alimony pendente lite, or for his or support or maintenance.

15. In the event that either party breaches any provision of
this agreement, and the other party retain I counsel to aSlist in
enforcing the terms hereof, the partiel hereby agree that the
breaohing party will pay all attorney's feel, caurt COlts, and
expenses incurred by the other party in enforoing the agreement.
16. Husband and Wife acknowledge that each of them has read
and understand hie "nd her right I and ruponsibilities under thie
agreement and that they have executed this agreement under no
compullion to do so but as a voluntary act.
17. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding
between the parties and there are no covenants, conditions,
representations, or agreements, oral or written, of any nature
whatsoever, other than those hereby contained.
