1. Plaintiff is Pamela G. Devine, an adult individual who is
lui juris and reBidos in Cumberland County, Pennlylvania. Service
of procelB and all cOINnunication for purposes of the within divorce
action may be made to her through her underBigned counlel, Jay R.
Braderman, Elquire at 126 Locust Street, P.O. Box 965, Harrisburg,
PA 17108.
2. Defendant is Miohae1 J. Devine, an adult individual who
is nui juris and resides at 28 Maple Avenue, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17011.
3. Both Plaintiff and D~fendant have been bona fide
residents in the Commonwnalth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6)
months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintif f and Defendant were married on November 10,
1990 in Clearwater, Florida.
5. There have been no prior actions of divoroe or for
annulment between the parties.
6. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
counseling and the right to request that the Court require the
parties to participate in counseling.
