live sep8rate and apart from one another, and are desirous,
therefore, of entering into an Agreement whioh will distribute their
marital property in a manner whioh h ooneJ.dered to be an equit8ble
division ~f all joint property, and will provide for the mutual
reeponsibilities and righte growing out of the m8rriage relationehip/

A. pi.trib~tion of P~r.oQ81 Property.
The parties hereto mutually aqree that they have efteotsd a
s~ti.faotory division of the furniture, household furnishings,
appli8noes, and other household personal property between them, 8nd
thflY mut;ually agree that eaoh party shdl trom and after the date
hereof bfl the 80le 8nd aeparate owner ot all suoh tanqible pereonal
property presently in his or her poseession, exoept as eet torth in
~xhibit A attaohed hereto, whioh items sh~ll be diatrilJuted in
acoordanoe with ~xhiblt A, 8nd this Agreement shall have the effeot
of an asaignment or bill of sale from eaoh party to the other for
suoh property as may be in the individual posaession of e80h of the
partiea hereto and as Bet forth in ExhilJit A.
The parties hereto have divided between themselves, to
their mutual satisfaotion, all items of tangible and intangible
marital property. Neither party shall make any olaim to any such
items of marital property, or of the separate peraonal property of
either party, whioh are now in the posses~ion and/or under the
contl:ol of the otller, or which property will be distributed in
acoordanoe with Exhibit A attached hereto. Should it beoome
neoessary, the parties e80h agree to aign, upon request, any titles
