LEASE ASSUMPTION BY HUSBAND. A. The parties have received the consent of Wife's landlord to allow for Wife to assign her rights and obligations in her lease of the property at 22 York circle, Mechaniosburg, to Husband. Husband agrees to be bound by the terms of said lease and to timely meet all obligations pursuant to said agreement.
