Subdivision Plan of Moadowview Eatates, Bald Plan being recorded in the
Cumborl/lnd county Recorder of Doeds Office \n Plan Book 65, Pago 95

for and in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 Dollar (r;l1.00) to
Contractor in hsnd paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknow1edqod, and the further consideration mentioned in the a\lreement
aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties
actinq through or under them, covonant and agree that no mechanic's liens
or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them aqainst the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materialo furnished by them or any of them
under said contract or otherwioe, for, towards, in, or about the erection
and construction of the said buildings on the lot above deocribed, and
the 8aid CtmtraGtor, for themoelveo, their subcontractors and others
undor them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to hovo, tile,
and lIIJlintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or
any of them, and sgree that this instrument, WaiVing tho right of lien,
sholl be an independent covenant.
