1. On or about ~ /2_~/ '~ the. clerk of courts for CUMBERLAND ,,_
county notified SCI at Albion that the petitioner owes 1,680.53
in unpaid cost, fines, and/or restitution.
2. The inmate accounting office at SCI Albion started deducting
20% from petitioner's account and sending same to the Clerk of
Court's Office of CUMBERLAND County.
3. Deductions in the total amount of 130.08 was deducted from
petitioner's personal account.
4. Petitioner sent an informal request (Form DC-135A ,,Inmate
Request To Staff Member") to the accounting office to find out why
was being deducted from petitioner's account, and for a copy
office to deduct money

of any Court Order directing the accounting
from petitioner. See Attached Exhibit.
5. Request was answered with the response, " ".
6. Petitioner then followed the procedures in the
System (DC-ADM 804), thus exhausting all remedies
filing this Request. See Attached Exhibit.
